Shipping Policy

IMPORTANT : Due to the ongoing global situation, orders may take longer to receive. While most customers receive their orders within the designated timeframe, it is not uncommon for orders to take 7 weeks or more to arrive. In light of this, we are working diligently to make sure you receive your items as soon as possible. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any custom fees or taxes in their country/region/jurisdiction.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the ongoing global situation, there may be shipping delays depending on where you're located! If such delays occur, or your package remains in transit for more than 30 days, please contact your local carrier or post office for more information; it's their jurisdiction, and they are more equipped to help you.

Due to high demand, please allow 3-4 business weeks to receive your products. For any inquiries and tracking information, please visit the Contact Us page. We highly recommend you use your home address when ordering.

If we are experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with more information.

Our orders are processed through a third party supplier who does not promise delivery quality, but insures delivery expectation.

We are not liable for any damaged products or packaging. We are not liable for any items lost during shipping.

If you received your order damaged, or if your order was lost or stolen please contact your shipment carrier to file a claim with them. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with them.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the addressed entered is correct when ordering. Please contact us immediately if you believe you've entered an incorrect shipping address.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Although we ship your order and provide a tracking number as soon as possible, it is your local carrier and government that will decide when to actually deliver the order to you. Once you have received your tracking number, and/or your order has arrived in your destination country, it is up to your carrier, not us, to make sure it gets delivered safely. At this point in the delivery process, if you have any questions or concerns about your package, you need to contact your local carrier for more information; it's their jurisdiction.
